In a letter written on October 9, President Donald Trump told the president of Turkey “Don’t be a tough guy. Don’t be a fool!”
The letter between the two world leaders was released today by the pro-Trump Fox News host Trish Regan, who posted it to Twitter.
The President asks Recep Ergodan to make a “good deal” with him and to not force him to destroy the Turkish economy.
The White House has confirmed the letter is real and was sent to Ergodan last week.
