Pelosi, Lawmakers Travel to Jordan to Address Syria Crisis

In a surprise trip to the Middle East, Speaker Nancy Pelosi led a group of lawmakers in order to take on the crisis in northern Syria, created by President Trump’s pull out of troops last week.

Speaker Pelosi met with King Abdullah II late Saturday night.

The meeting was, according to reports, about “regional stability.”

Last week, the President pulled American troops out of northern Syria, abandoning long time allies in the process.  This move has generated out rage in both Democrat and Republican circles, leading to a by Pardison votes in the House condemning the move.
