Republican Impeachment Witness: Allegations Against Biden “Self-serving and Not Credible”

Former United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker, who Republicans in the House demanded be subpoenaed, delivered devastating testimony to the President Tuesday evening.

Mr. Volker, who Republicans had hoped would punch holes into Democrats argument that the President acted corruptly, instead said the opposite.

“The allegations against Biden are self-serving and not credible,” Mr. Volker told the House of the Representatives.

Volker stated that the accusations that former Vice President Biden acted illegally and unethically are false and political in nature.
